Popular Nigerian Actor and Comedian Mr. Femi Ogunrombi a.k.a PAPA AJASCO has been reported dead. He died on Saturday 14th January 2023.
For some of us who watched the PAPA AJASCO series on TV here in Ghana 🇬ðŸ‡, this is heartbreaking 💔 I remember like yesterday characters like Mama Ajasco, Bobo Ajasco, Boy Alinco, Miss Pepeiye, and Pa James.☺️
In 2006, Mr. Ogunrombi came to the national limelight for his role in the Wale Adenuga Productions TV series, ‘Papa Ajasco and Company’.
Originally from Abeokuta, Ogun State, Mr. Ogunrombi was born in Ife, Osun State, and later moved to Lagos in the 70s with his parents.
Also a professional nurse, Mr. Ogunrombi obtained a degree in Dramatic Arts from the Obafemi Awolowo University in the early 80s. He was a multi-instrumentalist, music teacher, composer, actor, producer, and director of music/film.
